It is really important for me personally to stay in touch with Families and Candidates, follow up how they are getting on, after the position has been filled. I would like to be there for both parties during and after the process because I really do CARE! Therefore with 'Something Plus' I’d like to create a friendly atmosphere between my clients and myself. On the other hand I’d like to show the professionalism of my agency.
