Please read something plus! Our aim is to provide a professional and quality customer service, creating a friendly and trustworthy relationship between my clients and nannies.

I’m personally concentrating equally on parent’s and nanny’s individual requirements and specifically help them all the way through the process and after by using my extensive childcare experience, passing it onto both parties by helping to make their decision and benefit from it long term. I believe I can match the professional family with their professional, experienced nanny who they are wishing to join as part of their family; I can unite my candidates with their ideal position where they can happily perform their duties on long term basis.

For me it is really important to stay in touch with my clients (family & nanny) and follow up how they are getting on after the position has been filled. I would like to be there for both parties to resolve any issues because I really do CARE!

  1. Stella’s Nannies is open Monday to Sunday 24/7! Our aim is to be there for both parties to resolve any issues, answer to any questions at any time
  2. Our fees are less than 'other agencies' fees and our refunds are more exceptional from the 'others'.

  3. We do not have an administration fee for parents!
  4. Only via Stella’s Nannies can you get discounts or incentives from music classes. You can also get discounts from well known professional child and family portrait photographers!
  5. We truly believe in our professional Candidates that they are performing their duties 100% once they have filled the position. We use a special Nanny - interview technique to make sure we get to know each individual by screening the validity of their documentation and checking their references. If any other problem occurs during employment, we are happy to offer our pre-placement policy
  6. We only register Candidates with min NVQ level 1 or who have at least two years experience, CRB check + First Aid Certificate or willing to update their old one for the new position. Most of our Nannies are already Ofsted Registered, or willing to become one to help the family’s needs and financial situation
  7. If you as a family decided to see one of our professional Nannies we’ll help you with our 3 stage interview guide to choose the most suitable nanny for your child/children. We’ll send you a list of questions as a guide line. After that we’ll be there to find out what you thought about the interview, and last but not least your future Nanny can spend time with your child/children to see how she is with them in creating an easy, playful environment within minutes. We would help you to make your decision at the end by advising you honestly which one would be the most suitable for your child/children as per your requirements. If you as a professional Nanny, Once you completed the Nanny Registration Form we will arrange the most convenient time for you to interview you about your experience in childcare, checking the validity of your documents and we will listen to your requirements and ideal working position. Do not worry we’re informal and will ensure your interview with us is enjoyable. We will be there to prepare you for the family, with a view to a good working relationship between you and the family
